Dr Etienne Raffner combines advanced surgical training with aesthetic expertise, offering a uniquely informed perspective on both medical and cosmetic aspects of skin and facial treatments.
Dr Raffner is a Specialist Grade Maxillofacial & Oral Surgeon and Co-Founder of The Oving Medical Clinic. With over a decade of surgical experience, his work spans facial trauma and reconstruction, skin cancer surgery, orthognathic surgery, and non-surgical and surgical facial aesthetics.

Clinical Background & Training
Dr Raffner completed both his Dental Degree (BDS, 2008) and Medical Degree (MBBCh, 2013) at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. His higher surgical training includes Trauma Surgery, General Surgery, A&E, Orthopaedics, and Maxillofacial & Oral Surgery.
Since relocating to the UK in 2017, he has continued to develop specialist expertise in facial surgery, dermatological procedures, and aesthetics.
